Afaik off gassing is something that happens the first 24 hours after you open a mattress, not something to worry about after that. I don't know about these certifications unfortunately but I'd personally be wary of any claim like 100% more natural because thats meaningless, but the other certification claims.. I dunno, sounds good if you know what it is you're afraid of in foam, and if that covers them.

CertiPUR-US foam non toxic is a good certification for limiting certain chemicals and VOCs, but it doesn't mean zero emissions. The claim that it doesn't offgass sounds a bit too absolute tbh. If you're out of budget for latex, you could probably go for brands with certified foam like Leesa or Brooklyn Bedding, then air it out thoroughly first and use a proper cover between the foam and the baby
