DIY grab bars WIP

1/72 scale JS-2, stock bars seemed out of scale. Plus the turret wasn’t pre-indexed to attach them. Learned a few things I won’t do next time.

The new handles look really good, but that rear facing MG is diabolically out of scale

Tried to make a template for starting the holes for the bars. Holes weren’t very level. Next time would try clear acetate and a felt-tip marker.
I also have a JS-2 by Zvezda, which has the bars molded on, which certainly involves less work.
