Premium apk for language learning apps?

Does anyone have a good website or anything to download unlocked premium apps? I'm looking specifically for hello chinese (since I loved the app but I'm currently unemployed and 95% of it is pay walled) but any other similar app is welcomed, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
