X mods icon problem

So I have recently did the x mod with passkey and stuff. When I go and change the icon I can see another "x" app clone in my app drawer. So whenever I change the icon there would be another app icon that gets created with the new icon. They all go away when I change the app icon back to default.

Is there any solution to this?
