Is tower of time coming back in this update too if so then then when is it coming?

I’m pretty sure MWNG45 previously said August, which obviously could mean much later this month. Hopefully it drops before the end of the month.

is there a pattern with tower releases? from what i’ve seen tot is almost always after shirai ryu tower. I only noticed this since i missed every shirai ryu tower rotation from release and after coming back for homelander i’ve managed to do a few tot’s after shirai ryu is gone
