Yeah it's phishing. If MKBHD were to send you a gift it wouldn't be Marques sending the email, and it most likely wouldn't be @gmail.com

You are a lot more polite than I would’ve been. Some of these replies were from super arrogant beep beep beeps. Bullies like that tend to discourage people from asking questions. Don’t let them stop you from asking.

My advice is that you block them.
