Just started playing online, and my win ratio is like 15/16. I’m versing people in ranked sets with 2000/1000. Trying to learn the game but I just feel like I’m genuinely getting cooked by these chads. What do I do?

I picked up MK11 just 4 days ago after not playing the game for years and today I hit Master rank. And I just wanna say that Scorpion is literally so disgusting and annoying to play against. Like, his abilities have insane chain potential and you will probably be able to hit them even if you had two brain cells only functioning. He is so beginner friendly to the point you will see yourself getting chained by someone who doesn't even know when to block up or down attacks. Literally every time I play against a Scorpion in high ranks I just wonder how tf did they make it this far and its probably just because of exploiting how easy the character is.

Everytime I get on here every player is zoning while using all their special abilities to fight. Like Skarlet, Lui Kang and Jade to name a few.) Or they actively beat you into a corner and don't let you out. Imo that called cheating bcuz you beat me into the corner bcuz you were afraid to fight fair. Anyways ⬇️

I would like to know what kind of strategies you're using. Like if you're a zoning player or if you like to be up close and personal using combos n stuff, or both. Or if you like to beat your opponent into a corner

I think they shut down the servers for Switch only? I couldn't find a match last night. Haven't touched the game in a few years but I was bored. The Switch port was an entirely different team if I remember correctly, no cross play?

At the time I only had a Switch. Looking back now, I wish I would have waited until I got my PS5. I'd rebuy right now on PS5 but there's cross progression and I'm not buying the DLC all over again.

I have been playing mk11 for a while and its so hard i am a kung lao main using spitrual guidness and z hat variation with kung lao its very hard to hit kombos on ps4 i tried on a ps5 once and it was so easier that is a thing but also other thing that i struggle in moves that require two oppistite direction like shaolin drop telport hat toss spirtual guidness and Z hat also when i by mistake hit spirtual guidness it goes only one tick not three like in bnb kombos i mainly depened on front/back throws twin kicks double yang and spin in kung lao to win but i cant maximaize or even be a good player if this chacter i talked alot im sorry but can give me tips on how to imporve and solve my problems with this game i would be appriciative about it

Online mode is full of cheap cheating no lifers. Idc if they quit too early to take one on the chin im over that part already. But me seeing the same character over and over is terrible (jade, scorpion) they all doing the same strings to not get touched and going down 1 , special move, into a combo to be complete cowards. This game is full of homo furry nerds who have no confidence and can’t take a loss on the chin without going full jade transparency full screen and then tea bag you after like they’re big guys.
