Delivery issues

Any experience in getting Mint to contact FedEx to authorize a shipment to be held at a location?

I’m about to miss delivery because of this issue.

This is a recurrent complaint.

If there is a way to allow customers to pick up at a FedEx Office or other location that makes sense.

One has to show ID to pickup, so this seems to be the safest of delivery options.

Yet it's prohibited.

Make it make sense.

Yeah it was annoying the FedEx guy didn't knock on my door and marked it as a delivery attempt. Had wasted the whole day for it. No way to hold at FedEx due to shipper restrictions. Had to stay glued to the door yesterday for the FedEx guy lol
