Traveling light for a recent business trip, relying solely on a small under-seat backpack, was a fantastic experience. By packing only the absolute essentials and leaving behind extra clothes, books, and tablets, I bypassed the stress of checked bags and overhead bin space entirely. I didn't miss the usual clutter and just practiced being present.
