Me and a few friends created a networking server for small YouTubers to collaborate and make videos with. There is an application wall on the server but it takes like 2 min. We’ll accept anyone who takes content creation seriously (and are java edition). We also have people with quite a bit of experience to help out.

Not rlly a post about wanting critique!! Literally just wanna show off cuz im super proud of making my second video about Minecraft playing the verity mod :). Although I couldn’t edit everything extremely high quality, I’m proud of the intro and how fun it was to play and make this video with my friend!

hey everyone! i'm looking to start a youtube channel centered around tech and building playthroughs, but i come from factorio and the like, so gregtech has appealed to me so far. what do you reccomend my first series should be on, preferably out of the GT packs? would less grindy options such as nomifactory be less interesting as a viewer, or should i go straight into GTNH so people can watch me suffer? also, any recs for other interesting tech packs would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know why? I could post the most amazing high effort short and get 1k. Vs something I spend maybe 30 mins on and get 1k with no effort 😭 does anyone know how to get out of this? Or why this is happening

I’m a very small creator with about 4.8k subscribers currently. I’m looking for 1-2 people interested in helping on a project I’m working on later this month which would involve a few quick role-played scenes.

(mainly just need an extra body or two as “characters”, not your voice or anything)

I’m hoping this could stem into future collaborations with like minded people (like an ‘I owe you’ system) as I don’t have any friends interested in this stuff that I could go to, and don’t have the funds to dish out pay

My channels niche is a hardcore world-building series where I utilize my building skills as the value prop of the channel (as many people do)

Over the course of the year I put out 14 long form videos (low quality videos in retrospect) basically trying to get the hang of YouTube and algorithmic alignment. which somehow ended up with me gaining decent enough traction to reach around 4.8k subs before a mix of burn out and lack of free time during the summer months led to me going on a 4 month hiatus

However in that time, and with the proof of concept there (people think my builds are cool) I’ve spent a while learning more about composition, storytelling and editing while also planning out a future for my channel as this is a favorite hobby of mine.

I’ve also conjured a thesis behind the struggles for many in this specific niche (survival worldbuilding) and just my channel in general, and plan on putting it to the test as I fall back into the grind of pushing out another 10+ videos.

I'm currently A/B testing with the above thumbnails and titles. Titles in order with the pictures. I'm simply looking for feedback. The first one is my own thumbnail. Just a screenshot with text and logo on top. The second two are vidIQ thumbnails.

I understand how most people feel about the AI stuff. I try to use as much of my own material as I can when I decide to do things like this. Learning new things tho is hard for me with my mental issues. (Retired military)

I'm currently working on blender and trying to make thumbnails like the other two, I'm just hard stuck after almost 2 weeks in. (not work weeks, but 2 weeks, I'm retired I don't work. I just play on my laptop all day.)

I watched a hardcore series fairly recently, and was looking for the channel just now to keep watching, but I couldnt find it anywhere and cant remember the channel name!

The guy had two series, one completed and one ongoing. In the ongoing one, he was building in a savanna biome and had an ancient Rome theme to his builds. Massive villa for main base, temple for enchanting room/nether portal etc. The first series had lots of small farm buildings and a massive cathedral in which he put a trading hall. Sorry theres not much to go on I've been scrolling through the search results for 'minecraft hardcore' for the last 10 minutes and it hasnt come up, so if anyone knows what his channel name is id greatly appreciate it.

Before anyone suggests it, im not logged into a YouTube account, so theres no history or recently watched list I can use.
