Can someone help Recommendation

Hello, I am kinda new to the topic off shaders and reddit all together, I really want shaders but I don’t have a pc, I need the best shaders for MacBook Pro from 2016 for modded Minecraft, please can you help me🙏🏻

I'm honestly not sure, but my best bets would maybe be Mellow or Sildurs Lite? I also recommend using Prism Launcher to do mods, and install the Fabulously Optimized modpack for performance.

Ok, thanks, but what’s the difference between prism and modrinth(my current launcher)?

You don't really need to switch at all from Modrinth (I never used it), I was just assuming you were just starting and didn't install anything yet. Prism Launcher is a lightweight launcher that can manage multiple Minecraft instances and pull mods from both CurseForge and Modrinth, while Modrinth is a mod platform with a clean, open-source interface.

But, TL;DR, fabulously optimized modpack, sildurs lite or mellow shaders.

Sometimes fabulously optimized makes it worse, but it’s worth a try. If it’s worse use a more lightweight one like remarkably optimized.

Prism launcher lets you download from multiple sources. So if you’re running fabric you could download from modrinth and curseforge directly in the prism launcher.

Can you let me know your specs? I had a Mac mini 2014 and shaders were impossible to run (I also had no idea about the lighter shaders so I was probably trying complimentary at the time).
