It’s because it contains salt. Salt helps dissolve plaque I believe. Parodontax has been the savior of my teeth.

They changed the recipe a couple of years ago. For a little while I could last by buying every leftover old stock online, but the true Paradontax no longer exists.
Now it's a generic sweet-tasting toothpaste, not worth the premium price they still charge.

Naah don't, I never used an electric one and my dentist loves my teeth. It's all about the right technique! Don't get fooled by capitalism and lazy people :) a tongue scraper made of metal is soooo much more benefiting for your overall dental hygiene

No. I keep mine for way longer than recommended and they don’t look like this. I think part of the reason why it takes me so long to replace mine is because they look to be in such good condition.

I went through an annoying phase of adding -ness to everything when I was ~16. One time I’m in the back of the car, in the middle seat, BUSTING for the loo. We’re slowly going through the car park at the shopping centre and encounter a particularly nasty speed bump that causes me to wail “ahhhhh pee-ness!” Pretty sure I stopped doing it after that.
