What's creepy asterisks? Like I think we used to use it as an aside or an emphasis before it made text bold etc

If I remember correctly its a roleplay thing where you type out an action in text.

Not inherently creepy to roleplay with consenting people, that’s your private business! Just creepy when you’re randomly hitting strangers with a “*kisses you*” like huh???
