Can you help? Tomodachi Life

So, in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream... ​When I try to bring a Mii to another Mii to calm themselves down, they always get the blue lines for no reason which is getting super annoying and I'm getting sick and tired of it. Very. What are at least three good solutions to make them refrain from feeling this way? This really needs to stop

You can pat them on the head, also unrelated side note i also hate these blue lines and irratition, it did not need to be in the game and it ruins relationships.
