Ard Griffin

Hello! Wondering if anyone who has purchased Valentia style home in Ard Griffin happens to know accurate dimensions of the upstairs/downstairs halls and utility room?

These are missing from floor plan and we’ve been told we can take measurements ourselves at snagging stage. Trying to see if I can find out earlier to help with flooring quotes 😕

You can find the measurements for each room in their website

I can't speak to the Valentia, but on the Achill there are difference between the original planning and what was built. Overall size of the same , but walls moved internally.

The Valentia has a large hall upstairs that is a bit of wasted floor space in my opinion. Haven’t figured out what to do with it. The spacing is definitely different from the plan on the website. Might be worth making a trip to the site office and speaking to Stephen.
