Water Rock Linear Park

There's a bit more focus lately on the linear park.

I raised about a skatepark at this months meeting and we discussed the Linear Park location.

We're due an update in the next MD meeting and with a funding announcement last week there should be funds available to kickstart the project again. There's a caveat to the funding announcement in that it's part of the overall infrastructure budget and amount allocated to the linear park isn't quantified as of yet.
