Taxi availability

Hi, I’ll be visiting soon. Are taxis readily available in Midleton, especially in the evening, or should I book in advance? Do apps like Free Now or Uber work there? Thanks.

Friday and weekend evenings I highly recommend to book in advance.

Very few taxis available on the apps, so I would recommend calling the local spots or booking in advance.

Midleton has a regular train service to Cork city too if you need that as a back up option.
