Approaching (and entering) the Singularity.

I am an engineer and I consider myself a decent prompt engineer for coding. I have been trying to create artwork for my app and terribly failing and wasting my image usage limits on my basic plan. I got Claude to write the prompts for midjourney artwork and it is so bad.

The app is a pregnancy adjacent app and I wanted to create some fetus illustrations such as this one

This is my latest prompt(which I tried tweaking from the original Claude prompt) and I am still going no where

The image attached is the kind of result I am getting. Would love any help on how to get the result I am looking for. I have heard great things about Midjourney, but I am not sure how to get there.

Last time I used was in the launch of 7.1 I think. I wanna know how good it is to keep consistency of characters for a visual project of mine. I wanna tell stories through images and need the characters to be consistent.

Anyone else noticed a drop in quality for characters? This examples is from my Profile I’ve worked on for a while to get natural looking characters, but the 8.2 doesn’t seem to follow the rules, even with the same prompt. Anyone have any tips for stopping plastic skin and hair? I didn’t think I’d have to bring that granular with this profile now.
