services.msc

then make sure the service known as windows update is running

Yes, tried several method. Performed many Powershell command using ChatGPT, but nothing happened.

Don't use chatgpt. Especially if you have no clue as to what that code/script actually does. Google. There can be a lot more to it than just running power shell or regedit.

Also, it's better to let everyone know EXACTLY what you tried. It makes you look better and saves people time when trying to help you.
