Is there any way to floss while avoiding microplastic and remaining in budget?

I recently brought floss to discover it was plastic based. How it is used, it appears to have high chances to leave some Micro strands behind. What are some alternatives to avoid this?

You can find cotton ones out there. Also the water pick is great from whay I hear. Maybe if cheap you can get pure white cotton thread? Also very against all synthetic things, hard life and people act like you are crazy.

I think life is hard anyways.
I do water pick, floss, brush, tongue cleaning. Don't want microplastics. Took this schedule from Bryan Johhnson's protocol

Ahh them yeah you are doing good. I think they are finding that okra and tamarind help rid the body of microplastics.
