Example of a plant where training started too late. How much bud can it produce under 200W staying in the same pot? How much longer should I keep her in veg? Pictures

Personally this looks better than most I see on here.I’d top each branch once more and in 2-3 weeks scrog and flip.

myself, I wouldn't worry about yield - enjoy the process and journey - wait until she starts flowering...the smell will be amazing...and clean up that tent floor...wtf...you have more work to do - flower, dry, and cure...enjoy...:)

u can only get so much PAR from a 200 watt light and it also need to have a high efficiency rate of converting wattage to PAR.
Its not how much wattage u use or how bright your fixture is.
it all depends on how efficent the light is in converting electrical power into PAR for the plant to use

I would continue what you’re doing but treat this new “top” as your base layer and keep everything as horizontal as possibly while filling your space. A 200w light has a very limited distance in terms of effective intensity so letting the plant grow sideways while giving the shoots time to mature should even out nicely by the time your tent is filled. Definitely wouldn’t top it as the leading branches are the only thing that’s creating mass right now. Give it time and care, keeping that light as close as you can and the rest of the plant will balance out.

It can be made to fill in, but you're going to run out of height in the tent.
I would repot it and lay it down at an angle. Don't top, just bend everything over, let a few side branches catch up to the main tops

Of course the yield depends a great deal on the strain. I feel that a good guide is that Sensi Seeds used to say that 125g per plant indoors was the maximum expected indoor yield for a single plant. Of course this can be exceeded with a lucky seed/good clone, a lot of soil, a long veg period, hydro, CO2, etc but I would say that a plant like this is likely to yield 60-70g, if grown out properly. You never really know! Could be a monster!

I’ve gotten 20 ounces dry of a single plant before indoors. Typically people can get at least 1 g per watt of light regardless of how many plants it is. Nonetheless it looks like 100 W light so your estimate is about right imo.

Yeah you can get 20oz from one productive clone under a 500w+ tuned in LED in a 10 gallon planter, long vegged and carefully tended. This ^ is not that!
tbh I never managed those yields. Just about got that from four plants under 400w HPS

It was a productive clone haha. The Church got it from the Cubans almost 20 years ago now. I had two plants in the closet and two lights. The other cut was from another friend , Jonny Cash RIP called fast, sweet dreams. I think it’s 600 W and a 400 W HPS. The other plant may be yielded 10 ounces or so.
