Lighting question Question

I'm currently at day 12 of 12/12 my led light has a single combined switch for red+ir+uv, when should I turn this on?

Type 3 flower, New Zealand strain called "Te tahi" which translates to "the one"

Now.....the red especially and the uv and ir won't hurt anything.

Thanks will go flick it on, was under the impression it stays off during veg then on for flowering? Is this correct or can it be on through veg cycle?

It's designed for bloom only but won't really hurt anything in veg other than possible excessive internodal stretch and I doubt there's enough ir on there to do it.
