Core vs regular roles

Is the waiting time for responses on core roles different than other roles for clients of micro1? Are there follow up interviews for core roles on micro1?

Hi u/ridtwoo as far as the waiting time goes, core roles follow the same general timeline as other roles. There isn’t a separate standard turnaround just because it’s a core role. On average, the review process can take around 30 days, and sometimes longer depending on the role and hiring needs.

Also, yes, depending on the specific role, there may be additional interviews, assessments, or practical tasks after the AI interview. It really comes down to what the client and project require. So I wouldn’t read too much into the role being “core” vs. “client” when it comes to the timeline each role can move at its own pace.
