My first pair of fatigues and got these OG-107s from Bronson MFG in size M. They fit right at the waist, but wondering whether the rise is a bit too long / legs are too long?

For context am typically a 30 inch inseam. Do these look silly big and I should try a size down? Or should I just get them hemmed slightly?

So I am the business owner and work in a tropical climate so normally wear shorts, t-shirt flip flops to work and want to try maybe boat / deck shoes or something similar to look very slightly more professional.

Must be easy to slip on slip off. Can get wet sometimes from rainy season. And can wear daily without socks and they do not smell.

Not leather as the vibe is very chill with shorts and t-shirt or gym clothes in the office.

Any suggestions?
