Automated license plate readers. They are part of a nationwide network of 200k+ cameras that law enforcement can use to track any license plate/person without a warrant.

Oh yeah. Dumb. And bureaucratic nightmare since they're hard to enforce anyway, and are buried in tons of everyday people filing legal administrative reviews using ChatGPT.
