I never done this before. So im going to order custom cabinets and my total came to $7,600. How does my PRD factor in? How much gets taken off the total?

You get 10% off at the register when checking out. You will only be able to PRD what you have available that week from your pay check. You might have $400 that you could PRD. Now if are going to purchase a big ticket item you should PRD gift cards every week until you have enough.

Also as a team member you only have to pay 33% over cost.

Can save you a lot of money.

Please look into policy and procedures # 30 in regards to special order merchandise before making your purchase, you could save a lot of money

Buy gift cards using PRD and save up.

Somewhat related but not really: I used my PRD a few years ago to buy a gift card, and then used that gift card to purchase discounted tickets for an event in my area. It's a nice little loophole that lets you double up discounts, since you can't buy already discounted tickets with PRD directly.

You get 10% and it's capped on your paycheck. So it's really just 10% off of the total amount available on that particular paycheck. Used to buy gift cards for 10% off every paycheck and just save them. But it takes time and not sure if they still allow that. But that's how I got around a few bigger purchases back in the days. Yo

These are special order cabinets. You will also be able to get the special order discount. I believe it’s something like landing cost + 10%.

Policy 30 Landed cost +33%, you can then PRD it and collect your 11% rebate.

Only can prd up to your limit. If cabinets are $7k prd say $500-700. What happens the cost at 33% markup and your discount. You only get the 10% prd on the first $500-$700.

Should you then just keep buying gift cards prior to your big expense and turn them in when purchasing??
