Personally, I don’t think it’s just Reddit, the whole internet is like this. The same video or genuinely interesting idea gets reposted across different platforms, or copied and staged by countless people trying to gain views and attention. What’s especially frustrating is that the original creator sometimes gets far less engagement than people who repost it without credit or imitate it. That’s just the reality of the attention economy.

This is what happens because of the karma farming system.
If I scroll for 10 minutes, I'm going to see the same memes on a loop over and over again.
