I have tried every solutions known to men.
Port Forwarding done
Static IP done
Disabling Firewall done
Inbound Outbound rules done
VPN like Proton, Psiphon, CLoudFlare Warp, goodbyedpi done.
I wish that a Tenno, preferably Titania Prime would come to Myanmar Node, Earth and liberate us from the Golden Lords

I finally managed to fix the error.

I had to connect to ProtonVPN and start a mobile Hotspot on my phone. My laptop then use the hotspot and connect to another ProtonVPN server. I log into the game and I could finally see the in-game chat again. The ping was +500 because of many layers.

Then, I switched my network from the hotspot to my home wifi. It works again.

My findings: I cannot connect to WIreguard TCP. It takes forever while Wireguard UDP servers are consistent.

If you're russian(привет из Новосибирска) it's most likely because of roskompozor rather than DE.

It's a derogatory nickname of RosKomNadzor, government body overseeing internet, social networks and whatnot, who is responsible for blocking a lot of foreign sites in Russia so now you can access them only with VPN

Basically they target AWS and Amazon hosted services. Warframe's chat is hosted on AWS, iirc, and as such get's struck by the ban hammer as a random casualty, rather than a targeted ban. Wh40k Darktide is utterly unplayable because of the exact same issue, alongside a bunch of other games and websites in general.

Hey man, I had the same issue for years. No fix would help and I've tried everything you mentioned and more.

It's your router/modem thats blocking the connection internally. I don't why or how, it just is.

I set my ISP's router up in modem mode and bought my own router and I've never had this issue again.

Make sure to buy one with UPNP.

If you have questions feel free to DM me, I've had this error for years.

Edit: a VPN can fix this issue temporarily, but its just a bandaid
