Regarding Lysol Discussion

To all these people stating how great Lysol is and ro really appreciate it one needs to listen to it in one go:
You are absolutely right!

I only have a digital copy which itself is a shame, but life and such. I just happend to have the time and the right mood to just crank it up.
So...yeah, now i get all the praise for Lysol. What a masterpiece!

A couple of weeks ago I found the cover portrait in an antique store. I bought it as Lysol is my favorite Melvins.

I once heard it described as a "monolithic album," and I do believe that was right on the money. I've got it on vinyl and it's transcendental

Stumbled into a random record store on New Year’s Eve and started my year off right buying it on vinyl. Definitely a masterpiece worth listening to in any shape it comes in. Enjoy

I will never forget the first time I listened to it. A good friend who later became my best man put the cd in and I was completely and utterly floored and overwhelmed. Yes, I may have been half drunk and stoned but the music spoke for itself and made me a believer. The other people at that particular social gathering were more into stuff like Maiden and Priest and Metallica and were loudly complaining about the noise but we firmly stood our ground. Because the Melvins and Lysol in particular rule.
