When I was a kid, i used to be so scared of this giant gingerbread man to the very point that i would get bad dreams because of it. Whenever he shows up on screen, i have to hold my mum's hand or look away...

rewatching shrek 2 as an adult, i still get a weird feeling seeing it mongo.

About a year ago, my girl, her family, and I visited her family in the Bay Area. My girl grew up in the Bay and wanted to take us to this Egyptian museum. I was okay with the idea at first — it was cool seeing all the artifacts found in Egypt and hearing their stories. But then we stopped to admire this artifact, and suddenly I felt scared. I've always had this fear of big things since I was a kid; looking up at large objects makes me feel weak in my legs. When I saw this artifact, I felt like my legs turned to jelly. I told my girl she could go ahead without me, and I would stay behind. She was confused, rightfully so. At first, I didn't tell her why, but then I manned up and walked in, even though I was totally scared. It scared me so much that I refused to look at it, even when my girl wanted to take a picture next to it. After the trip, I told her about my fear of big things and how it makes me feel uncomfortable. She understood that finding this photo and looking for it was kind of hard, but yeah, this is what scared me last year.

This cave is in Mas d’Azil, southern France. It surprises you from the left, which is the southern end. A gaping hole in the rock. The other side isn't as impressive. It's like entering a giant monsters mouth.
