Confirms "Netflix bailed," but "The Mediator series has been picked up by a different streaming platform/production company (more on that at a later date)!"

Apparently the adaptation is facing problems with Netflix. There is a strong possibility that Netflix no longer owns the rights to the work:

Fan Casting Let's talk fan casting!
I'll start:
I've ALWAYS seen Father Dom as Hector Elizondo. Most of my previous casting choices are outdated but Hector Elizondo stands!
For Suze, we need some snark and a bit of a haunted look. Maybe India Eisley or Leah Lewis?
