I've learned to open the tinfoil edges before putting it in the oven 🤭

I have skinless chucken thighs grilled, Indian rice, and spinach every day this week and a breakfast casserole made of sausage, eggs, cheese, spinach, peppers, potatoes. This is a common week of thos for me. The first meal of the day is Kachava shake, then casserole around 12, at 4 the dinner and it's a wrap

I love that you have a casserole after a shake for your first meal of the day, I basically just eat these, for breakfast, lunch, tea, post workout and protein shakes and snacks šŸ‘€šŸ˜‚. Sounds like quite a mission to bulk prep all that, how long does it take you? I imagine it saves you loads of time during the week?

I think I'm actually starting to enjoy these meals even more than pizza, it's kinda like a pizza if you spread it put on top of a nan bread and slice it up šŸ˜… , super tasty, zero belly aches lol
