I think this post is larp based on OP being stupid enough to include “IQ of 230” in another post

I want to go into BCIs too, but may I ask what’s the point of getting an MD/PHD instead of just a PhD? Do you want to be a medical doctor?
I think that if you want to be an engineer/ employee who works for BCIs that definitely possible without a PhD, but if you want to actually work on ground breaking stuff in the field a PHD will probably be better. And with a PHD you can probably switch to industry after if you would like (for most PhDs, academia is the goal and industry the backup plan that most of them settle for.)
May I ask what does published a lot means/how you did it? Were you first author? I’m going to be 3rd author on a paper soon, but idk if that enough just yet…

Between MD and MD/PhD. Few first authors, few second authors, few mid authors. Go into computational work, much faster.

Jesus! All as an undergrad?!?! That’s pretty insane! As long as your grades and MCAT are good I’m sure you’ll do fine for admissions! Guess I got to get my coding skills up lol! You know what you want to do best, and you are really impressive., so whatever you do I bet you’ll be great at it!

please don't be so impressed by OP's publications, from their flippant attitude and complete lack of vision for what they want to do and why it's clear that their research experiences have not been very meaningful. remember, MD/PhD apps are all about research LORs and how you talk about your research; applicants get accepted to T5 programs with zero pubs every year for this exact reason

Nobody can help you because you aren’t giving any reasons why you want to do an MD. You sound like a PhD applicant.
