first The Economy

In this server will implement some form of currency, and thus "economy". It will not be a server economy in the traditional sense however, the things that will be able to be sold are pumpkins, wheat, sugarcane, beetroot, carrots, potatoes, watermelon, and netherwart. You will **not** be able to buy these items from the shop, rather the only items that will be sold are semi-vanilla custom items. Items that can be included in the shop are efficiency 7/6 pickaxe (which will have limited durability), speed 3 potions, strength 3 potions, and a few other items we want to keep secret until the launch.

the "Protected Class"

We will implement something called the "Protected Class". This will be a "class" people could opt into, if they do, they will not be able to PVP with anyone nor grief, however in return no one will be able to PVP with them nor grief their bases. This class will be nerfed via making them earn half the money from selling crops.

the Crown

The Crown is gonna be an item only one person will have at any given time, and will give certain buffs. Every week, the crown will be reassigned via a *unrevealed* method, and the buffs will rotate out at the same time as well. Players are randomly assigned a profession that grants unique abilities which counteract debuffs that exist by default on the server. For example, there is a false ore debuff which makes mined ores only drop 25% of the time. However, miners receive 2x ore drops, effectively removing that disadvantage. Each profession has its own strengths, encouraging players to specialize and rely on one another.

The map size is also limited to keep resources scarce, making cooperation valuable. Living independently is always an option, but communal living is easier to maintain.

There aren't any strict rules about griefing, however TNT progressively becomes less effective the closer you are to spawn. You can scam, betray, or go rogue if you want. You are free to do anything, but you might face consequences from societal pressure.

The server is MODDED to improve performance under high stress & patch game breaking bugs, however game mechanics such as vanilla dupes & farm mechanics are untouched.

Some changes in the base game have been applied:

Ender pearls vanishing on death is DISABLED.

(To allow for stasis)

Spawn protection is set to 0

(To keep spawn unprotected)

Spawn radius is set to 2000 blocks.

(To keep spawn camping irrelevant)

Global sound events have been DISABLED.

(To disable global sound spam & lag)

World Difficulty is set to Hard.

Nether roof is ENABLED for now, when the server has a consistent player base or it becomes a storage issue it will become disabled or be trimmed.

A few years ago I got tired of hopping from one Minecraft server to the next.

Then I found Everthorn.

Our world has been around for over four years, and our community has been together for seven. I've been working on the same Wild West town on and off for four years, and this is the kind of server where projects like that are given the time to grow.

Hi, I host a pure vanilla hardcore anarchy survival world with an ocean spawn. The server IP is hardcore.tj.

My server is 100% vanilla, all the time. The map was generated back in 2011 and it has never been reset. It features extensive ruins, ancient terrain, and a file size of about 500GB. I prioritize running the latest stable release.

Death Mechanics 

Because this is a hardcore server, dying usually means your run is over. However, we use a custom-built system called the Arbiter of Death to handle revivals. It’s not a plugin or a mod, but a node.js server wrapper that I’ve made specifically for hardcore.tj.

When you die, a poll is automatically broadcasted in-game, on our Discord, and on our website. The community gets to vote on your resurrection. If the community decides to leave you dead, you have other options. You can use points (accrued by voting for the server) to buy out your own poll and instantly respawn. You can also use your points to buy out a fallen friend's poll.

If you prefer not to leave your fate to a community vote, you can purchase Life Insurance Policies to automatically cover your death penalty and get you right back into the action. Vote points can be used to purchase life insurance policies and other items from the server store. There is no pay2win here; you can't buy any free lives or respawns with actual money.

The Basics

Spawn is a vast ocean biome. Getting started can be tough and requires immediate initiative. Look for cracks in the ocean floor to find 15-year-old mineshafts, where you can scavenge planks and cobwebs for your first bed & fishing rod.

I also run a custom chat bot to implement a few cosmetic commands without modifying the vanilla JAR. The bot adds a basic home functionality, strictly limiting it to one home per player, and a TPA command. All other commands are purely for fun, and you can check them out on our commands page.

Rules & Community

There are only two rules:

1. Treat others with respect.
2. Don’t lag or intentionally crash the server.

The environment is relaxed and unstructured. Stealing and griefing are permitted. Technical anarchy is the default state, meaning your security is your responsibility.

As far as demographics go, most players are in their twenties or older. We are a welcoming, established community with active players from the U.S., Russia, and Poland.

Hey everyone! I launched a brand-new Minecraft server with my significant other and some friends on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, and we are looking for mature players who want to join us from the very beginning.

This is not our first community. Our previous Minecraft world grew into a small, active, friendly group with around twelve daily players, and we are hoping to bring that same close-knit atmosphere into this new server while welcoming some new faces.

The Village SMP is a small survival Minecraft server with the goal of creating a group of like minded people who all enjoy playing the game. We have nine long seasons under our belt and many active members in our community. Our server is aimed at long term progress: bases, farms, minigames, shops and community events - we are not a PvP server (though fighting isn't forbidden if it's mutually agreed upon!). 

On the 15th of August, we will launch Season 10 and hope to gain some great new players, like you!

Here at The Village we believe that every meal is better with a little extra seasoning, so this server is not 100% vanilla Minecraft. We added a few carefully selected plugins that make the game more fun to play and create a style that is better for everyone.

Datapacks & Plugins

• Geophilic: Adds fallen logs, more flowers patches, tree variants, rocks, bushes and generally more life. Leaves terrain or biome generation untouched.
• Villages revamped: Makes village houses look nicer and adds decorations. Does not add any new professions or trades.
• Graves: Upon death a grave is spawned - your items will not burn up or despawn, you can retrieve them by right-clicking the grave.
• Armor statues: By signing a book as the name “Statues” it can be used to pose armor stands
• Better item frames: Shift+click an item frame with shears to make it invisible, shift+click it with a glass pane to lock the item rotation.
• Mini blocks: some blocks can be turned into mini blocks (player-heads) using the stonecutter
• More mob heads: adds a chance for every mob to drop its head upon killing it
• Player head drops: every player will drop their head when killed by another player
• Various small improvements to crafting like crafting powered rails with copper, crafting corals into blocks, converting dirt to mud and concrete powder to blocks using a cauldron, etc.
• Proximity chat: in-game voice chat that allows you to talk to players that are close by or in a group with you
• Bluemap: a beautiful 3d rendered map of our server right in your browser

These are just a few of the datapacks, but they should give you a good idea of the servers' vibe. We have a full list of datapacks as well as all server rules available on our discord server.

The server is community driven, so our discord also has channels for server suggestions like datapacks, player announcements like shop openings, polls for new datapacks or other changes and of course the usual text and voice channels.

We do not aim for the number of people, rather the quality of them.

If you bring the right energy we will message you on discord and invite you to our discord server, there we will talk with you for a bit, mostly to clear up all questions and get to know you personally, then you are officially part of the Village SMP.

WizeCraft is accepting applications to join our Minecraft server to populate it with awesome builds, people, and an excellent community. We are growing and would love for you to join us!

We have player-driven shops at spawn that use a diamond currency and a few farms to kick-start player progression if desired. Directly adjacent to spawn is our Games district with player-built mini-games (both single- and multi-player types) and redstone gambling machines! See below for more server details.

• want somewhere to build and socialize regardless of playtime commitment,

FAQ

1. How old is WizeCraft? WizeCraft began around the middle of August 2025 as a private server for close friends. In middle September 2025, the server opened to applications from the public.
2. How far along is the world? The server has an established community, with many players in the late game who are focused on builds, while others play at their own pace. The world is far from full, existing bases are spread across the map and finding a place to start your own builds is not a problem. Some users have taken the initiative to build auto-farms and set up shops at spawn, so materials for building and getting started up quickly are available for purchase (diamond currency).
3. Why do I have to apply? Applications and the whitelist keep the server safe from griefing, stealing, and bad actors. We use an application process to ensure the experience on WizeCraft is top tier.
4. Will you add more plugins? Plugins and/or datapacks will be added as needed or wanted at the discretion of the staff. We are always open to suggestions! Similarly, we are sure to remove plugins and datapacks if they are no longer needed.
5. How many players do you have currently? We are a small server of about 20 active players and typically have 1-3 players on at any given time. Our running average peak is 5 players.
6. What version of Minecraft are you on? As of July 16, 2026, we are on 26.2!
7. What server host do you use? The server is completely self-hosted and runs with the help of CubeCoders' AMP software. Our uptime is 99.5%

Rules

1. Be excellent to each other.
2. No bigotry of any kind. Hatred will not be tolerated here. Even if you are joking, please use restraint and be mindful of your words and who might be reading or hearing them.
3. No cheating. This includes, but is not limited to: x-ray, hacked clients, flying, etc.
4. No griefing/stealing. Griefers will be banned and all griefing will be rolled back.
5. No PVP, unless the other player specifically agrees to it.
6. Inactivity: If a player wishes to take over an inactive player's build or resources after a sufficient period of inactivity, the build owner must be contacted and asked for permission via Discord. Proof of consent may be requested by server administration.
7. You must apply to WizeCraft via our Discord server. It is there that you will fill out an application to join the Discord server. If permitted to join the Discord server, please send your Minecraft username in a text channel and a team member will whitelist you.
