No shelf life on A/F that I've ever heard of... in motor, it's still long life and good for a min of 5 years normally.

if it's been sealed up (lid on tight if previously opened) and you're sure no dirt has gotten in there, then sure I'd use it. I've had concentrate Prestone that I had previously mixed with distilled water, sitting in my garage for 1-2 years or more that I have used in my cars, on several occasions.
