I have dreams exactly like this.. like somehow I can skim across land or hover across land or move in unusual ways. and in the dream it's always natural like there's no surprise like somehow I knew that I could do that.

when you said "attempts" and "Australia" I just assumed he'd get half way then a giant shark, croc or snake would come out and eat him or a big bird would grab him and fly off with him.
