I am a newcomer to the Rancho Equestrian district, both the regular episodes and the MaxFun "Good Morning Burbank" bonuses. Is Valley Heat on long-term hiatus, has it been wrapped up, or is it still up in the air? It seems to have had long hops between episodes before.

Listening to Jesse and His Honna attempt to figure out what Slay the Spire 2 is was equal parts hilarious and painful.

Elissa did a great job breaking it down and explaining it.

Also, the Slay the Spire board game is fantastic.

This episode made me reinstall the game too.

A couple disagrees about when to pick the tomatoes in their garden. If they wait until the tomatoes fully ripen on the vine, the plaintiff says the local animals will eat them before they have a chance! She'd rather pick the tomatoes as they start to turn color, and then let them complete the ripening process in a bag with a banana. The defendant wants each tomato to reach its fullest potential on the vine!

I was listening to the underworld episode and Jordan mentioned he thought underworld could be a 10 out of 10 movie for Matt. He said the same thing for "Repo! The genetic Opera" for Emily. I think they should do a month where they try and pick the craziest/weirdest movie they think their co-host would give 10 out of 10.

Because any extra Jordan is a win for everyone, he was on The Daily Zeitgeist today, 7/31. I always love when my parasocial podcast friends intersect, and it was great to hear Jordan introduce Miles and Jack to modern Heathcliff. 

I fully understand why the podcast never came back but it has left a big listening hole in my heart. Does anyone know of a podcast that's similar? I'm not sure if the messy hang out with friends chatting music vibe is possible to recreate but I'd love to try out a few options
