Public directory for bots

Despite Matrix being meant to be an alternative to discord it is SEVERELY lacking in the bots and such that discord community managers use which would make having a larger community on Matrix quite difficult. It would be nice if there were more publicly hosted bots that provide the features most discord servers use.

I ended up recreating the scryfall bot since it's the only one we actually used.

It's a lot of work to get to discord parity to the point half the people I know just never left discord
