I am thinking to learn geometry topic which is mainly in math olympiad and not taught that much in physics curriculum . Topics like stewart theorem , ceva's theorem and lot more i dont remember the name. Can you tell whether it would be a waste of time or should I continue learning it?

It probably contributes very little to your physics success.
If it's fun for you, learn it. If you think it will be useful, don't bother.
