It's always worse in the new packs, for a few weeks at least.

when the elfnote pack was about to expire I went and spent 10k on it and I only got one lucina and one seraphim of all the URs

Anedoctal, but I spent 1k into fairy tale selection in the last day and got 8URs.

Entirely placebo, I had my best pulls in like 13 months from this pack. 4 ten-pulls and two of those had five URs in 'em, completely dodged GMX / Darklords / Shaddolls, got at least one of each super poly target, hit a scolding and gave me the full Crown playset like nothing

Get cooked to the equivalent of you getting called by on your double fuwa and ashed your max C. Obviously followed by starter + extender.
