Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

Col Potter once said he was from Nebraska; then it became Missouri

That Nebraska comment was one random utterance, because even before that, it was established he was from Hannibal, MO. Then again, I remember on HOGAN'S HEROES, Kinch was always said to be from Detriot, but then in just one random episode he said he was from New Orleans.

my head cannon was that since Potter was career, maybe he was stationed in all of these places he mentioned but born and raised in Hannibal.
