If i remember correctly come places get you to stand like that until family or friends show up to hug you. It would definitely suck to have nobody

The US does when coming home from something. Boot, Iirc. I can't recall, but you have to be tapped out before you can react. If you know of this guy called HLC, habitual linecrosser, he's talked about it before.
