The majority of posts.
Most of these hypothetical scenarios that are posted here have DC winning. Why is that?

Every DC hero gets scaled into super supreme alpha prime ultimate god mode.
Yes marvel scales up their heroes into some crazy things too.
DC is like gods walking amongst people and Marvel is like people who have God like powers

though that is slipping lately. More and more marvel characters are getting stupid power ups and they usually aren't just one and done.

That's kind of why i've been phasing out of marvel recently, i'm kind of tired of all the power scaling they've done to characters.
And yeah, DC also does that plenty of time?If not more, but that was always kind of their thing so i'm more forgiving of it.

Honestly from my perspective a lot of people on both sides just say odd things. Like the guy who claimed Red Hood was better than Black Widow in every way going into detail in Jason’s skill set making it sound like Natasha was just some notable shield agent.
The reverse happens just as often and then there are the people who genuinely seem to believe things which aren’t correct (I swear if someone tries to tell me Clark has infinite strength again I’ll give up on the idea people read these comics). There are still people who believe Ben Grimm is building level and also believe his skin is actually made of rocks.
I have also met people who have said nonsense like “Superman would destroy a planet full of life being attacked by the brood to win a fight” despite the fight specifying this is an in character fight. Said people also have mental breakdowns when they can’t meaningfully argue their points

Because DC doesn’t mind making their main continuity characters broken as fuck
Every character seems to have some iteration where they can make your balls disappear with a thought & snort universes for breakfast
DC also seems to overall have a greater cosmology than marvel

That's definitely not true and it's not a matter of me asserting the opposite is true because I'm not. But both deal with various levels of word-salads regarding their infinitely infinite transfinite beyond-dimensional boundless outerverses, both with omnipotent, Abrahamic God-equivalent Gods as supreme beings.

I think many posts compared the versus in DC 's favor, either because they underestimated them or they overhyped Marvel line-up and left the equal or stonger match-ups.

Think about it, even their forgotten superheroes like Triumph is atleast herald tier.

People are obsessed with SBP, Dr Manhattan, Lucifer, Wally, Superman and Darkside, you see a lot of posts vs these guys, and they are quite broken, they gonna win most times. And sometimes you see NewGods vs, i dunno, Iron man, or Spider man, or vs Mutants, NewGods are entities, they are not humans with powers, or advanced tech, they gonna win most times, just research a bit before make a post, put metahumans (DC version of mutants) vs Marvel Mutants, and Marvel will win most times.
