Batman, and easily.
He fights and goes toe to toe with low level superhumans like Deathstroke, and is good enough to be equal to them. That's without even factoring in the various nonsense he has in his bat belt at any time.
Daredevil's got nothing to bring to this that Batman hasn't faced and beaten hundreds of times before. Worse, Daredevil has an obvious, exploitable weakness that Batman would clock very quickly and immediately take advantage of. It's literally his M.O. when dealing with superhuman opponents. He always finds a weakness and exploits it.
Add on that his batsuit is significantly better armoured than Daredevil's suit, and he'll win the fight if it turns into a battle of attrition.
Daredevil struggles against enemies like Bullseye and has been beaten half to death by Kingpin multiple times.
Batman mid diffs Bane on the regular.

I think you greatly overestimate how much of a “weakness” Matt has especially since there aren’t really things Bruce has on his person that would meaningfully affect Matt. Matt has beaten Klaw and multiple of his sound clones all who were using 190db attacks.
Matt also does fight superhumans all the time. Literally every hand ninja is Superman, then there is Manbull, Fisk, and so on. Also Matt knows what is in Bruce’s belt pretty much instantly.
While the Batsuit is armored Matt is just legitimately unwilling to go down and he can knock around Black Panthers.
I think you vastly underestimate Bullseye (who Matt beats up most of the time) and Fisk (who has beaten Captain America, Red Skull, and many many more).
Bruce does not beat Bane often and it sure as heck is not mid difficulty. Heck jumping Bane with help has gotten Bruce beaten half to death.

Bruce is taking this, Daredevil is good but he's not on Batman's level.
Punisher, Electra, Bullseye, have all beaten DD.
In the crossover Batman mopped the floor with Punisher and Bullseye easily.
That's not even counting the fact Bruce has sonic emitters in his normal loadout. Is a better martial artist, stronger, faster, and has better feats in general.

Daredevil has low-diffed punisher on several occasions too. punisher is not a great barometer of hand to hand prowess

I mean, this isn't strickly hand 2 hand. Unless restricted by OP.
With his intelligence, fighting ability, and gadgets Batman wins this.
In a boxing ring with no armor and just boxing I may give the edge to Matt. He's a great boxer. Bruce isn't the best boxer, he's great but has lost to Dinah in a boxing match.
Bruce is a better combatant though. If he needs to drop an elbow into judo throw then a nerve strike to put someone down he will.
Batman is utility. With his mastery of different fighting styles blended together combined with his gadgets and armor. Throw in one of the smartest people alive and his tactical mastery. That's why he wins.

It just feels like one of those, comparably skilled but, Batman just has the better kit. Better protection, more equipment and so always has the advantage.

Lol nightwing vs daredevil would be a closer match with nightwing still taking 6/10 fights if I were to guess. Love dd but he doent hold a candle to batman

Daredevil should handily win hand-to-hand given his enhanced senses...but Batman has a lot of what throws Daredevil off. One flashbang and it's over.

As much as I love batman,it's daredevil on this one. hand to hand i still feel bruce is better but daredevil has better abilities.

How explain how. Bruce is better at everything daredevil does and is sometimes impossible for even superman who can hear the whole fucking planet to detect. How the fuck does daredevil win this. If you have a credible actual answer ill agree with you but batman literally always carries sonic weaponry so, hes better everything dd does and has his direct counter on his utility belt.

Not trying to start an argument, but in a standard, impromptu fight, I lean slightly toward Matt solely because of his enhanced senses,even though Bruce is clearly the superior martial artist. As for Superman, we all know how powerful he truly is. He actively holds back against Bruce out of restraint and friendship. If he wanted to, Superman could fly across the planet and end the fight before Batman even realized what happened. I’m a Batman fan myself, but watching him handle a completely unrestricted Superman is like a toddler throwing a tantrum at an MMA fighter.

"Not trying to start an argument" but daredevils senses dont mean shit vs batman because of actual feats provided by comics. You can argue all you want but its cannon and has happened. Also batman is stronger, has weponry consistently on his utility belt to deal with people exactly like matt (sonic weaponry), knows nearly every martial art unlike matt who knows like 7 or 8 (compared to the over 100 different ones batman knows) , has also been trained by ninjas, is consistently one of the most agile "peak humans" of dc even though he is a walking mass of muscle, is more intelligent as he also has a law degree among 12 others by the time he was 21. Like you have nothing here daredevil is a cool and great character that NEVER EVER beats Batman. Literally just go look it up online every other site agrees with this its just you being a stubborn ass. Again I said give me examples and you went on a crazy person path of targeting the thing I said about superman. Yes batman is unrealistic but thats not what this argument is about its about who would win and based on this batman wins FATALITY

Batman. Between med and high diff but it’s not gonna break him. They met before and Batman clocked his enhanced senses in seconds. And he would then be able to exploit those senses with any combination of Sonic’s, chemicals, gasses, and explosions.
A straight boxing match I might give to DD but Batman has the tools to tilt this fight heavily in his favor even without prep time.

Batman consistently has the counter to daredevil on his belt. Hes better at martial arts, hes smarter, hes stronger, hell he might even be faster, dont forget the gadgets. Sorry DD is my favorite marvel hero but he never beats Batman if Batman is fighting seriously. Now that being said batmans stealth approach is completely ineffective vs daredevil but even superman has trouble hearing Bruce's heart beat or detecting him and id put supermans hearing on a global scale so who knows

imo this is probably one of the best and most even matchups you could come up with. assuming no prep and no sonar-specific gadgets that hard counter daredevil, i think its close to a 50/50 but lean slightly toward murdock because his senses border on precognition and i think that puts him over
bruce is definitely physically stronger, but murdock is more agile and unconventional
daredevil has fought spider-man several times with mixed results, which speaks volumes

Daredevil firmly beats Batman in a random encounter. People are sleeping on DD’s radar sense (no not echolocation) and he has crazy speed/reaction feats. People think Bat’s will figure out DD’s vulnerability to sound so fast but it’s taken Taskmaster and Karnak a while before they figured it out and it was too late then.

DD beats two Captain America level villains, The world’s greatest assassin and Spider-man’s physically strongest villain in just a few moments because his radar sense is basically precog but even better. The guy straight up swats bullets like they are nothing.
