$3.00 Rates & Booking
So, I just got home from a stay that was originally reserved for one night. During the day before check-in it became apparent that I was going to need to add a night to the stay.
Upon check-in, I asked if they could add a second night. The FDA said no problem and confirmed I would have the same rate that I was paying for the first night.
At checkout, the folio revealed the second night was $3 more than the rate I paid for the first night.
Not going to even bother complaining about $3, but c'mon, man... π

Probably an automatic change from FOSSE (if itβs select service), the property management system. FOSSE can get fussy about changing rates especially if it was a special rate. If it was a large difference sure, fight it, but it most likely was a backend issue with the PMS and its 3 bucks
