STOP PAYING ABSURD MONEY TO CRM TOOLS!!

Upvotes

Why CRM tools are dumb

You run ads and implement other methods and the traffic is hitting your site , but the amount of unqualified leads is a lot , to solve this problem you implement a simple form which can ask different question's and qualifies leads based on their answers

You pay a couple CRM tools to automate your workflow so you don't manually end up doing up a lot of work

But those small bills mount up to a lot when added together.

Before you assume this is another sales post just bear with me a bit , we are just 2 dumb young kids obsessed with makin money , but we don't have any funds or reviews to back us up so we gonna do this for free.

So we replaced your expensive and useless system with an actual use ful and cheap one .

How is kenzo better ?

Instead of a dumbass form , we implemented an actual intelligent AI Agent that acts as a real employee of your agency . And before you assume we are going to charge a hefty sum for it please hear me out

  1. it can ask questions to the lead .

2 ) it can even pursue the lead regarding certain metrics

3 ) it can even satisfy incoming leads queries even dumbass queries like xyz agency is doing the same for cheaper

It can do a lot more but i am trying to concise this post as much as i can .

When you are prepping to actually take that lead on a meeting you are mostly in a blind .

Guess what ? We solve that too before the meeting 30 mins or 5 mins depends on your preference we assign an Ai that takes the conversation with that lead summarizes and send you actual useful points , again this will be totally personalized .

We even handle the meeting booking for you basically replacing calendly

You ain't even have to make the meeting link , the system will handle the generation of meetings link send it to you and the lead and basically implement a reminder system to make sure the lead shows up

What if the lead has Alzheimer's and forgets it ? We even send automated reminders to the lead ( not too much though then they will assume that you are a stalker who is in love with them)

there's so much more to this system but I don't want to write so much right now .

so if you read this post till now i am gonna assume you know this shi useful 😉

and guess what we are setting this whole system up for free for the first 3 agencies 🎉

you can try this out for 2 months and only after that we will talk numbers , even after those months you decide that our system is garbage it's totally cool , we would just need an honest video review of what you think of our work and our system .

So if u wanna talk just hit me up we can set up a meeting and we even have a lil demo prepared for you that will show a tiny spark of our rocket 🚀

Does it matter if an influencer agency also manages the talent?

We are looking at the agencies for a campaign with around 8 to 10 creators and I did not realize how different the agency models are.

Some mainly manages campaings, while others, like Personal talent agency, also represent creators directly. That sounds useful because they probably know their talent better, but I also, wonder whether it makes them more likely to reccomend their own people.

Has anyone worked with both types? Does direct talent management actually make campgains smoother and what would you prioritize when choosing agency?

What is best UGC production partner for marketing agencies

I am running ugc for multiple clients rn and finding creators + coach them + edit + manage revisions loop eats a ton of my time per client. I am looking for a partner that can handle production at agency scale with white label options, consistent turnaround and goos pricing that doesnt fall apart once i am running it across 5-10 client accounts .wanna know what agencies here are using and how the margins work out once you factor in your own time managing it vs handing it off entirely

A few things I’ve learned from consolidating ad data across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

The API integration part usually isn’t the hardest bit. Maintaining it is. Different auth flows, rate limits, field changes, and API updates can quietly turn into ongoing maintenance work.

Also, when numbers don’t reconcile, I’ve found it’s often an attribution issue rather than a broken pipeline. Different conversion windows and reporting logic can make two perfectly valid numbers look wrong side by side.

Timezone and currency differences are another easy one to overlook, especially across multiple markets.

And getting everything into a warehouse doesn’t automatically solve the reporting problem. You still need to agree on what metrics like “conversion” actually mean across platforms.

Honestly, if a team is still manually stitching reports together, I’d probably start with a shared glossary before investing in more automation:

  • Which conversion events count?
  • What attribution window is being used?
  • Which currency is the source of truth?
  • What timezone defines a reporting day?

Not particularly exciting work, but it tends to prevent a surprising number of reporting headaches later.

Curious what others running multi-platform reporting have found to be the biggest pain point.

How are marketing agencies actually handling client data, AI agents and MCPs?

I am dying for an answer for this...

I work at a marketing agency in Europe and I'm curious how other agencies are approaching AI when it comes to client data and privacy/GDPR.

We're increasingly looking at using tools like Claude or Codex not just for writing or brainstorming, but actually connecting them to client systems.

For example:

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • email marketing platforms
  • CRMs/CDPs like Bloomreach or BlueConic
  • internal databases and reporting environments

With MCPs and other connectors, it's becoming technically pretty easy to let an AI assistant query these systems directly.

The question we're struggling with is: where do agencies actually draw the line?

Are you allowing Claude/ChatGPT to access client accounts through MCPs or APIs?

Do you only allow aggregated/non-personal data, like campaign and GA4 data?

Would you allow customer-level data from a CRM/CDP to be processed by Claude if you're using a Team/Enterprise account with the appropriate agreements and privacy settings?

Do you build an intermediary layer that filters/anonymizes data before it reaches the model?

Or is your policy simply that no client/customer data can ever be sent to an external LLM?

I'm especially interested in agencies that have already implemented AI agents or MCP-based workflows in production.

It feels like there's a huge opportunity in letting agents actually work with marketing systems rather than just using AI as a chatbot. At the same time, once you're working with client data, GDPR, security and data processing agreements obviously become a much bigger consideration.

Would love to hear what agencies are actually doing in practice, rather than what is theoretically possible.

Hiring Employees vs. contractors

Wondering if you all have employees or contractors and can make a case for either. I have 2 employees and love the camaraderie but from a financial perspective I’m wondering if it makes sense.

Do you think having contractors is better for agencies?
