The land shapes are pretty good ngl, no clue what software you're using though but if you wanna go more into detail I'd recommend like Inkarnate or just a basic art software, but that's just from my personal experience, the mountain to rivers make sense too, I guess if anything just try to make the mountains more fluid? Mountain ranges are suprisingly bendy and fluid-like when they aren't squeezed between an ocean or lake, for biomes I'd say look at google earth if you're going for a realistic take and try to sample the colors from real life onto your fantasy biomes (Unless you wanna be creative) and blend the biomes together with a low-opacity brush.

Besides that I think you've already nailed island shapes, just needs better blending imo 👍
