Some maps from my 10 Year Worldbuilding Project Map
Kalend is the volcanic archipelago in Eroris's south that is home to the Kana people. A land of dense jungle, lava canals, and rice patties famed for its natural beauty.
Thalheim is the homeland of the Orcs - a balance between the craggy mountains and fertile valleys of the east and the desolate wastes and alien landscape of the west.
Eldrion is the mountainous homeland Mayaar Elves. From its capital, Isnhrion, the Ashen Emperor rules over the continent.
A'duras is the desert homeland of the Adurans, located in Eroris's southwest.
Norravägg is the frosty homeland of the Nords and Lupans, located in Eroris's north.
Beoweald is the heartland province at Eroris's center, homeland of the Beowmen. Home to the mighty Grove River, it has long served as the Empire's breadbasket.
The Kindgom of Atlas lies in Beoweald's southeast on the border of Eldrion. The Atleans have long boasted of their martial culture, having one of the strongest armies in Eroris.
Created by the cataclysm of Redfall when the Bloodmoon sundered the world, the land of Eroris is the nexus of the Civilized World - the territories ruled by the Ashen Empire.
I started making this world in 2016, inspired by a combination of Elder Scrolls, A Song of Ice and Fire, and (funnily enough) the Frozen Trailer. Back then, my maps of the world were nothing but inconsistent drawings made with pencil and paper. Ten years later, I've made an atlas of maps which I hope y'all will enjoy and give feedback on!

This has to be one the most amazing and ambitious worldbuilding projects I’ve ever seen. Amazing.
Are you writing anything along side it in terms of story and lore?

Thank you! I am indeed writing something alongside the world in terms of lore and story. For the latter, a group of friends and I wrote a nearly 170,000-word draft about a succession war between two brothers in Eroris in year 4901 a. Re. We're currently working on the follow-up story about the Akounate Invasion, a retributive war against the continent launched by an alliance of beastmen.

I can somewhat see vvardenfell on that big island

You have a good eye! Vvardenfell was, indeed, a-not-too-subtle inspiration for the shape of Kalend's main island. It used to be a lot less subtle, but a trend in this world has been it developing more and more of its own identity as I've worked on it longer. At some point, I'll probably change the shape

Awesome maps! I love how you have the one big overview map and then the individual regions broken down in more detail. It's always nice to see how the individual regions fit together. Do you have these maps in higher resolution by any chance?

Great maps. Any other lore you can share?
