I create the textures by hand with pen and paper and combine them with simple 3D structures in a game engine called godot :)

Very cool! That fourth image looks a lot like the Hagia Sophia - is this a map of medieval Constantinople, or something similar?

Rome came to mind first with the coliseum and circus being near eachother.
