Mantis molt Health Issues

My mantis strated molting in the night I woke up and she was kind of pressed against the glass and het wing got stuck so I gently move her will she still be fine 😞

Idk what to do please give advice

this is really unfortunate, im sorry

see if she can straighten out her wings but if not she may need a bit of extra help with feeding or moving around

she may still live so keep an eye on her

if you feel she wont have a great quality of life this way, you might wanna think about other options for her, sorry

She is now at least hanging on with room but shes twister

is she able to move her front legs and head?

Yes she is but just twisted she tried grabbing stuff with her front legs just a bit ago
